Ceremony & Reception Package

- 2 hours for a scheduled rehearsal

- Access to the venue starting at 9:00 am. Music off at 9:00 pm Fridays & Saturdays
- Bridal salon with dressing rooms
- Waterfall ceremony area
- Cocktail arbor for cocktail hour

Booking & Deposit
A deposit of 1/4 of the venue rental fee and a signed contract is required to reserve your event date.
Liability insurance is required listing “Sutter Creek Events, LLC” as additional insured
A $500 refundable security deposit is required

We are a seasonal venue and only book events from May through October
100 guests are included in our pricing. There is a fee of $12 per guest over 100
$500 discount for guest counts of 60 or less
