A deposit of 1/3 the venue rental fee and a signed contract is required to reserve your event date. A second payment is due mid may and your final payment is due 30 days prior.

Liability insurance is required listing “Sutter Creek Events, LLC” as additional insured

$500 refundable security deposit required

-We are a seasonal venue and only book events from the last week of April through the end of October

-100 guests included. $12 per guest over 100

-$500 discount for guest counts of 60 or less
